• Size S has a blade length of 275mm with a 200mm contact area, recommended for shoe size EU 38/39
• Size M has a blade length of 295mm with a 220mm contact area, recommended for shoe size EU 40/41
• Size L has a blade length of 315mm with a 240mm contact area, recommended for shoe size EU 42/43
• Size XL has a blade length of 335mm with a 260mm contact area, recommended for shoe size EU 44/45/46
