Ordered bike Nov 20, bike arrived, unboxed wheel didnt fit and no pedals. Contacted skatepro they said would collect the bike and fix it. The bike arrived few days before Christmas so we put it away for our sons christmas present. Christmas day he opened his bike, no pedals again and no screws to attach the wheel. Contacted skatepro who said they'd send out the parts missing with a hoodie as a gift. Had notification to say the parts had been sent, a couple of week later, nothing arrived, contacted them again and told it had been sent back due to problems at boarders. I asked for a refund for the bike and they told me they could only refund me for pedals and if I wanted a full refund I would have to wait till I had sent bike back. I explained I had been waiting for the right parts to arrive for the bike we ordered in november, so said we would wait for the parts. We received an email to say parts had been dispatched. Finally 9th Feb 2021 the pedals and screws arrived for bike! |

As my colleagues explained, there were temporary issues with our shipping due to Brexit, that is why the replacement parts arrived delayed. The issue is solved and now we ship as usual. I hope everything is okay now and your son enjoys his bike.
